Residential House Manager

Spaulding Academy & Family Services has a wonderful opportunity for a motivated, energetic and experienced Residential House Manager to join our team.

Requirements include:

  • Supervisory experience, essential for managing a diverse population of staff and students
  • BS/BA Degree in Human Service (or a related field) and five (5) years’ experience in human services in a residential setting
  • Or in lieu of a BS/BA Degree, we will consider candidates with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and seven (7) years related experience, along with in-service and additional training

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Day-to-day operations of one of our residential houses
  • Accountability for training and direct supervision to staff
  • Participation in student management that will include implementing behavioral/cognitive training and programming and crisis management
  • Responsible for staff payroll
  • Provide input to the Residential Program Manager with budget development

This position will report to the Family Services Director.
